  • What is therapy?
    When working with a therapist, you will identify the challenges and obstacles you face in your day to day life and develop tools and strategies to overcome them.
  • What will my first session look like?
    In your first session, we will spend time getting to know each other, discuss the reasons you are seeking therapy, identify the specific issues you would like to address, and set achievable goals for therapy. This is your opportunity to decide if you feel comfortable with me, as a therapist. A trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship is essential to successful therapy.
  • Do you provide virtual appointments?
    Yes! Virtual appointments are provided using Doxy.Me, a secure, HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform in a convenient format.
  • What types of payments do you accept?
    I accept the following payment options: Cash, Credit or Debit Cards, & Flexible Health Care Spending Accounts.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    I accept Optum/United Health and Aetna Health insurance through Alma, a therapist credentialing service.
  • How much does each session cost?
    Each 50 minute session is $175.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You may occasionally need to cancel your scheduled appointments. There is a full session charge for sessions canceled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time (outside of emergency situations).
